Dashwood has its own service associates as well as a wide spread group of Authorized Service Providers to ensure any warranty issues can be dealt with efficiently. Dashwood service associates and Authorized Service Providers can also assist with window repairs on all Dashwood related products that may be out of warranty.
Replacement glass, door alignments, weatherstrip or hardware replacement are just some of the repairs that can be arranged. Sometimes a refurbishment of existing windows can be as cost effective and energy efficient as complete replacement. Dashwood and its service network also provide service and repairs to Andersen and KML products.
Dashwood solid vinyl windows are fully warranted for one year. During that time, Dashwood will repair or replace any defective product. Material and Labour are both covered by our warranty during this year. Insulating glass (manufactured after 1998) is warranted for 20 years during which time we will provide replacement glass at no charge if there is a product malfunction.
